Maliber was founded in 1977 by our President, Mr. Mario Lisandro Bertoni.
Our main goal at Maliber is to produce efficiently and quality.
For this reason, we decided to implement, the V-LABO system from Muratec.
After system’s implementation, we observed a significant increase in efficiency and online quality monitoring of all of our machines.
The V-LABO system is practical and versatile.
Before system’s implementation, unproductive spindles with anomalies took a long time to be detect and resolve.
V-LABO is configured, to unproductive spindles of those with below average efficiency are automatically sent to the machine panel at the start of each shift, allowing our maintenance team to inspect and resolve the issue.
With V-LABO, we are able to monitor efficiency, YF per 100 kilometers, Classimat grade A1, Cuts per hour, and STRED.
The system provides a faster response times and a more precise technical analysis.

The system allows for easy detection of machine alarms, both electrical and mechanical, that occurred within the last 24 hours, allowing for precise analysis of whether the issues have been resolved or are still persisting.
V-LABO’s implementation has brought significant improvements to the industrial process at Maliber, with significant gains in production and quality.
