We think the usage of MSS is beneficial to the group factories. MSS has enabled easy lot setting monitoring and comparison across machines, which is very essential in maintaining quality standards. Further Abnormal spindles monitoring and correction has become very easy to the team.
Eventually this has helped to keep the maintenance cost of Muratec machines at a low level. We’re impressed with the data available via MSS about Spin Inspector. This combined with the new RSO 3D facility in Vardhman yarns has brought down the second grade quality from usual level of ~0.2% to ~0.05%. This is a huge benefit to maintain quality standards of Vardhman group. Our technical team is very eager to colloborate and improve the data analysis of V-LABO and the flexibility of data access. We look forward for the next generation of Data analysis system to which we have contributed various ideas and inputs.
